An old manor lost in the French countryside serves as the backdrop for the series of three clips made for Notturno, the new album by violinist Eva Zavaro, mixing Fauré and Szymanowski. After the bewitching darkness of Szymnowski's Tarantella, shot only on a long focal length, Après un rêve lets the last low suns of a beautiful spring day run lazily along the centuries-old parquet floor. Bathed in light, the violinist offers us a performance full of sensuality and elsewhere, inviting an intimate reverie.
